New Season

The new season has begun and we are looking forward to a time of fun, laughter and challenges.  We are working towards the Chatterbox competition with the theme of ‘Saints and Sinners’.  Chatterbox is a team competition with a team comprising of three members. Two members will discuss the theme and the third will ‘anchor’ the ideas together.  The team event is about encouraging new speakers to make the first steps into public speaking with the support from more experienced members of the group

We will also be working to increasing our skills and improving our links with other groups in the area by combining some meetings, themed evenings and working through the structured teaching programme in the Speaker’s guide.
