We have had a busy time with preparations for the competition period of the year, congratulations to Thomas for winning the Evaluation Competition.

One of the things I love about going to the speaker’s meetings is that you always go home having learned something new, as well as having laughs and smiles along the way.  Kevin won the Speech Competition talking about the inventions that we take for granted and the developments made by the actress Hedy Lamarr that enabled the technology to progress to create the world we know today.  She was also the face of the Snow White cartoon character.

Steve has achieved his foundation level of speeches and has chosen some interesting and inspiring topics to share with us along the way.

We also welcomed new member John to the Speakers family.
